The sixteenth Philosopher’s Carnival is presently being hosted at Dinner Table Donts. There are about eighteen posts on a variety of topics and from a range of sources, with a dinner-party commentary.
Dialect contributor Sam Douglas is represented by a post from his personal blog, Philosophy Hurts Your Head, on Kripke, Hohwy, and dispositons, derived from his recent work on post-Wittgensteinian meaning scepticism .

Apologies for using the comment box for a purpose other than discussing the post, BUT -
what is happening this semester with the philosophy meetings? Same time and place? Used to be one of my favourite parts of the week, let us hope they will continue :)
PS. Rowan, I just purchased 'Live at Pompeii' the other day. I can't believe I have been without it for so long! Quite incredible, I had never actually heard 'Saucerful of Secrets'...may quite possibly be my favourite song of the concert. 'Careful with the axe Eugene' is always appreciated as well. Just thought i'd mention, you being a Floyd fan as well :)
The short answer is: I don't know. It looks like our honours seminar is now on where the meeting is/used to be, so we are now trying to figure out what other times would work. I'll be in touch when I know something.
Tuesday 12:00 is the official kick off at this time, sasme place as usual (the McMullin Courtyard). See you there!
I'll be there in two hours time!
